Villaggio Eni. Un piacevole soggiorno nel futuro (Eng.: Eni Village. A pleasant stay in the future) is a documentary by Davide Maffei which recounts the adventure which lead to the construction of the Eni Village of Borca di Cadore.
The main protagonists are the much talked about Enrico Mattei and the architect Edoardo Gellner, that gave shape to a new social vision of the 60s.
Testimonies of men and women of different ages, walks of lives and geographic provenance narrate to the camera what for them has been the Village, beyond prejudices and contradictions.
The Village arouses clashing feelings which the movie highlights from many different angles.

The documentaries was presented on the occasion of important film festivals as the Trento Film Festival, Sestriere Film Festival, Cervino Cinemountain Film Festival.
The showings all over Italy have been many. Those inside the former Eni Village itself are going to be particularly meaningful, and they’re going to be signposted in the Showcase of this website.
